They include Shimano's I-Spec EV mounting system, which allows you to adjust the position of brake lever and shifter completely to your liking. An additional advantage is that you only need one clamp to mount the shift and brake levers. Furthermore, the brake lever comes with options to customise the distance between brake lever and handlebars.
