Puncture-resistant and low rolling resistance.

- Timothy, 29 July, 2025

I find the ride combined with the Grand prix 5000 sublime. The tyres really ride very comfortably and also feeling of going faster on these inners and I only ride flat once on 7000km on average. Only downside is that you need to get in the habit of inflating the tyres before every ride. After some standing still, you easily lose 1 to 3 bar. Due to the frequent pumping, the valve dares to break off if you are clumsy, so some caution is recommended.

Pros & Cons

Comfortable
Leakproof
Low rolling resistance
Pumping for every ride

Flexible inner tube

- Roy, 2 September, 2024

flexible inner tube does cost a bit more than normal inner tubes but seems to be faster, unfortunately it does lose pressure so put on the correct pressure before each ride.

Pros & Cons

flexible inner tube
less chance of punctures
inflating before every ride

Good inner tubes with bad valve cores.

- Frederik, 27 August, 2023

Inner tubes that roll smoothly and also give a bit more comfort. No punctures yet. I use these inner tubes with valve extenders. However, of the three inner tubes I bought, two of the three valve cores do not fit properly in the valve extender (I cannot screw them all the way into the extender, so they are not airtight). This makes those valve cores unusable for me. I had to use other valve cores.

Pros & Cons

bolt smoothly
ride comfort
poor valve core

Incredibly light and rolls noticeably faster, do inflate before every ride

- Boaz, 27 April, 2023

Tire slowly loses pressure due to its porous properties. So it is necessary to inflate your tires before every ride. For me no problem but, on vacation or somewhere where you don't have access to a pump I would still go for butyl.

Pros & Cons

Lightweight
Rolls noticeably faster
Inflate before every ride

Top quality

- Jari, 16 March, 2021

Very good tire the advantages trump the disadvantages which are mainly in mounting and maintenance. Caution when mounting this tire is quite sensitive (latex) so treat it like your lover (with respect)

Pros & Cons

Less chance of punctures
Rides very well
Difficult to mount
Inflate before every ride and/or check the bar
Slightly more expensive

- Roel, 10 March, 2021

Light and comfortable, just be careful when putting it on. And as with any latex tube, inflate before every ride :)

Pros & Cons

Light
Ride comfort
Fragile, be careful when imposing.

Light latex at a good price

- Sam, 26 April, 2020

Bought because these tested fastest on a rolling test (Google it). So far no punctures. Just remember to pump before every ride!
