Great tyres, puncture free rides here we cone

- Clive, 29 October, 2019

After buying a new road bike in April and enjoying many long distance rides, I managed to get 7 punctures!! My cycling club suggested I use Continental 4 seasons tyres. Well it’s been a few weeks now but at present no punctures and I hope it stays that way.

- O., 28 October, 2019

Quality tyres giving good grip in all weathers and surfaces

5 / 5

Really good, only thinking about mileage

- Ivo, 23 June, 2019

I like these tires. They roll nicely, have good grip, and doesnt get easily punctured. I worn out one pair after 3000 kms, maybe not the worst.. I hope new pair will last longer.

Pros & Cons

Durability
Nice Rolling
Potentially wearing out quickly?

After trying numerous different tyre makes I tried Continental 4 Season and have stayed with them for the last 10 - 15 years.

Great winter tyre

- Rory, 20 November, 2018

Fantastic grip, very comfortable in 28c. Heavier and more rolling resistance than Michelin Pros but hopefully will wear well and offer good puncture protection. Recommended

Best tyre for all year round non-athletic sportive and recreational riders.

- Jonathan, 16 February, 2018

Tubeless may prove to be the future but this is the nearest thing to puncture proof that I have ever ridden. Last set of tyres from putting them on my bike to them wearing out, not one puncture running at 90psi on 28mm tyres.

Pros & Cons

Best all round tyre
None

32mm optionis like riding on air and yet remains fairly pacey

- Simon, 17 November, 2017

Used in place Schwalbe Marathons on my tourer. Lighter, more subtle and so spin up faster and comfortable. More grippy in cold or wet too. While these offer only moderate puncture protection compared to my (one puncture in 30,000km) Marathons, I have found these cope with the usual road debris.

So good I can't buy any other tyres

- Toby, 5 July, 2017

I've owned these in various sizes and cannot fault them. The 32's are fantastic. They handle everything you throw at them and in return they fill you with confidence. Very comfortable and yet fast rolling with little resistance. I just completed a 600km Audax with 33000ft of climbing. Hardknott Pass in 16 mins. Super tyre.....if you've got the clearance you should own a set

Pros & Cons

Comfortable
Fast rolling
Look great
Tackle most surfaces

Best tyre out there

- Dean, 23 August, 2016

I approximately ride 200 miles a week in Scotland through the Glens with cut up gravel packed roads. Only having 3 punctures in 2 years says it all. Also hard wearing and rolls fast! Look no further!

So far so good

- GEOFF, 14 February, 2016

Replaced a Michelin Lithium II which had suffered three punctures in a week. So far so good. 4 days and 160 miles on same wet, muddy roads and no problems. Time will tell whether these tyres are worth the money.

Pros & Cons

All year version of the gp4000 2. Good grip, smooth ride

Light, tough, great grip, no punctures yet

- Alistair, 22 December, 2015

Probably the best all round road tyre. I have used several makes - Michelin, Schwalbe, Conti and Specialized, and several versions of each. These come under the fit and forget category. They are light and only marginally heavier than the 4000sii's. I have never had a puncture on these in more than 1000 miles. The grip is noticable and remarkable, particularly in 25mm as opposed to 23mm. Some tyres are good for no more than 1000 miles max - these go on and on and on.

Pros & Cons

Durable
Light
Puncture resistant
Can be a tight fit
More limited colour choice

5 / 5

Simply the best all round bike tyre money can buy

- David, 22 December, 2015

Tried all the competition, and I always come back to this tyre. Best wet weather grip, and puncture resistance is superb. Don't waste your money on anything else.
