The BEST energy bar
I've been a fan of Clif bars for several years, and find them ideal after exercise or as a snack. My favourites are the Peanut Butter Banana, and the White Chocolate Macadamia - a real treat. I've tried several types of 'energy' bar but none compare in terms of flavour and satiety.

Tasty energy bombs
I am a big fan of the blueberry crisp variety. What a flavorful energy bomb these bars are. Do their job more than fine during crazy long rides. Conveniently sized for pouches and bags. Drinking with them is a must: good for the supply, but also nice to wash the sticky sugars out of your mouth.

On a long cycle this is just what you need when hunger strikes. A couple of these will see you through a 6 hour sportive with ease, and I speak with experience.

My favorite energy bar
Clif is my favorite energy bar for longer rides. I have tried most of the flavors and they are all good. Tip: open the wrapping in one end with a scissor before you leave home. It will take you 10-20 mins to finish the bar if you eat it while riding your bike, so you need to have a fairly intact wrapping so you can put the bar back in your pocket.

Very well suited to cyclists
I've known about Clif Energy Bars for several months now. For me, they combine the best of satiety with all the essential elements for cyclists doing regular rides of over 100 km. I recommend taking them with a banana to help you settle down and keep your digestion pleasant.
