Great addition to the 'expensive' Ortliebs.
Lock satisfies, but limits a little bit the easy fitting and removal of the bag. Note: If you buy two separate/single locks, you get 2 different keys.

The Ortlieb Lock QL2 is reassuring in its presence and can be attached to the pannier in an instant, offering a simple solution for quickly securing your equipment during stops. It gives the impression of providing appreciable extra protection, particularly in town or in busy places. However, experience of using it reveals some notable limitations: the mechanism lacks fluidity, making it difficult to open and close, the perceived quality of the materials is not at the level expected for this type of accessory, and its durability remains to be proven. Very good purchase and definitely worth their money.
The Ortlieb Lock QL2 locks meet my expectations. They also came with excellent instructions on how to accelerate your bag. Definitely worth their money for such nice expensive bags.
