The Garmin Index S2 gives you a better view of your weight, body fat percentage, BMI and bone and muscle mass. This 'smart scale' can be connected to the Garmin app so that you can keep track of your changes. The information is clearly presented in graphs.

The scale can switch between different modes which are clearly displayed on the colour screen. There is a mode for measuring your muscle mass, body fat percentage or bone mass. You can save the data in the app and see your progress later on. The scale makes the measurements through an electronic signal, and based on the resistance of different body parts. This only works if you stand on the scale with bare feet.

Of course, the scale can also keep track of your weight. See your weight in kilograms, pounds, or stones and pounds. The scale displays how it has changed over the last 30 days. Longer periods can be found in the app. Enter your height for calculating your BMI. The Index S2 can create up to 16 user profiles. Each user can synchronise and view their own data via the app. So, your whole family, team or group of friends can use the scale for their individual goals. The connection goes through your Wi-Fi network. When the Garmin Index S2 is connected you can even view the weather forecast!
