The Garmin HRM-PRO heart rate monitor features dual transmission. Using this technology, your chest strap provides accurate heart rate measurements and forwards these to multiple devices simultaneously such as a cycling computer, watch, fitness equipment or bike trainer. It is a multifunctional heart rate strap.
For running it offers a variety of additional functions such as vertical oscillation, ground contact time, stride length and more.
For swimming, the device starts storing heart rate data when you enter the water and sends them to your watch when you have finished.
For team sports, it stores steps, calories and intensity minutes, then syncs them with your Garmin watch through the Garmin Connect app.

Good but overpriced

Very good HR monitor, however, slightly disappointed when I found out it is not fully compatible with my Garmin vivoactive 4 watch. Some of it’s capabilities only work with the more expensive Garmin ranges!
