Like a flat but with spd hookup
After a lot of miles with my xtr from mbt i wanted to try this model with foot sole support. Really comfortable, had I gotten them earlier I would have saved myself so much pain in the soles of my feet.It feels like using a flat but in addition you have the fully adjustable spd attachment and with dedicated cleats in the package.Quality product, slightly heavier than the mtb brothers, but the comfort is unmatched.
