Electronic shifting and hydraulic brakes. With the Shimano R785-RS805 Di2 shifters, you can do both. The set is a combination of the Shimano R785 shifters and the Shimano RS805 brake calipers.
The Shimano R785 Di2 11-speed shifters are the first hydraulic road bike shifters originally introduced in cyclocross and which now are becoming more commonplace on road bikes as well. Hydraulic disc brakes often offer more stopping power than conventional brakes and allow riders to modulate their stopping power more easily under all conditions. No more issues with wet rims or carbon brake tracks in the rain, offering you less stopping power. The high level of modulation makes disc brakes a valuable addition to the modern road bike, both now and later.
