BL-M8200 brake lever
The brake lever shares the exact same technology as the XTR brake lever but uses materials that are just slightly less fancy. The body of the lever is identical to the XTR lever's, except that the XT brake does not have a carbon lever and is, therefore, a bit heavier. As the redesigned SERVO WAVE technology reduces brake lever friction, you benefit from an optimal power curve. This means you can brake quickly and effectively without losing power. The new low-viscosity mineral oil ensures braking power consistency regardless of temperature or terrain.

The M8200 caliper is the variant with two pistons, designed for the cross-country rider who values weight savings. Combined with the M8200 lever, it offers the perfect mix of control and weight. Thanks to the updated mineral oil composition, the caliper's bite point is always in the same place, increasing rider confidence.
