This Shimano Ultegra R8050 Di2 Upgrade Kit contains an internal BT-DN110 battery and EW-RS910 junction box you can use as a bar end cap or mount if your frame has the integrated junction option.

Teknologier

Shifters
You can control the Di2 shifters with the recently released full or semi Synchronised Shifting (with the BT-BN110 battery), which gives cyclists the option to automatically shift the front (full Synchro) or rear (semi-Synchro) derailleurs. For example, you could set both left shifters to shift into higher gear and both right shifters to shift into lower gear. On top of that, the shifters offer a distinct ‘click’-feel for shifting quickly and accurately even with gloves.

Front Derailleur
The front derailleur (FD) was designed for quick and smooth shifting during taxing loads on the pedals. Combined with the restyled crankset, the front derailleur was redesigned to fit wider tyres as well as a wider transmission without diminishing shifting performance.

Rear Derailleur
Shimano Shadow RD-design: fully below the cassette, protected against possible damage. The RD comes in SS design for 11-25T up to and including 11-30T cassettes, and a GS design for the 11-28T up to and including 11-34T cassettes. Both Di2 front and rear derailleurs communicate to remain in full-Synchro or semi-Synchro Shifting, which allows the cyclist to focus on the road or on the race.
