Polar M430

The Polar M430 sports watch doesn't just help you set your next running goals, but shatter them as well. This is a waterproof GPS watch which provides reliable heart rate data at the wrist through an optical heart rate monitor. This Polar M430 offers the Polar Fitness test using the wrist-based heart rate monitor, as well as the Polar Running Program and Running Index as training tools. Even during indoor training sessions, the M430 registers your distance and pace using the built-in accelerometer. You receive personal coaching and feedback during your run, and your data is transmitted to the Polar Flow app on your phone using Bluetooth Smart. This app then allows you to quickly and easily analyse your data, as well as share it on social media and Strava.
