The Cosmic Carbone 40 WTS wheelset has the best combination of reliability and lightweight, this makes the Cosmic Carbone 40 a very versatile wheelset.
According to Mavic this carbon clincher is the most reliable and responsive wheelset ever made by them. This is thanks to the innovative way of processing the carbon and aluminum. Thanks to this special technique this rim can withstand extreme heat, that's released when braking at high speeds with the associated hazards.
With flat steel spokes and alloy nipples the 40 mm high carbon rim is attached to the smooth rolling and aerodynamic shaped Mavic hubs, including quick releases. On its front wheel the Yksion Pro Grip Link is mounted and on the rear rim the Powerlink tyre. This wheelset is a feast for the eye and will look good on every bike!
