Fizik Arione R5 Sadel

The Arione R5 is the successor of the Arione CX. The Classic in the peloton. The saddle is specially designed for riders, who according to Fizik's Spine Concept, need a Snake saddle.
The Fizik Spine Concept is developed to provide optimum support based on your flexibility. The Arione R5 has a nylon shell which is reinforced with carbon. The shell runs slightly down, making it a perfect support saddle for people who fit in the snake range(most flexible).

Saddle shape
This saddle has a flat rear part, making it highly suitable for riders who remain stationary on their saddle while they ride and whose hips don’t rock from side to side at all. The flat shape provides more support than a round saddle would for these riders.

Flexibility
This is a completely flat saddle which provides plenty freedom of movement. The shape makes it particularly suitable for riders with a high degree of flexibility in their spine. People with a flexible spine will have no trouble rotating their pelvis, meaning they won’t need any additional support to maintain their optimal riding position.
