The Wolf Tooth Thru Axle is lightweight and suitable for several brands of frames and a wide range of installation sizes. It is easy to install using a 6 mm Allen key. Unlike other brands, Wolf Tooth uses a thru axle with a secured steel ring under the head to reduce friction in the fork legs. This protects your frame from wear and from damage when installing and removing it in due time. When installing the thru axle, always apply a small amount of mounting or bearing grease to the ring and thread.
