The SRAM Force AXS E1 upgrade kit consists of the SRAM Force AXS E1 shifter set, calipers and the Hammerhead Karoo bike computer. The shifters are designed for optimal comfort and easy operation, with fully customisable settings, and the brakes can be operated with just one finger. The kit also includes a bike computer that gives you many useful extras.

Improved brake lever design
The SRAM Force AXS E1 shifters have a new look, and the brake levers have been redesigned to make braking even easier - from the hoods, this is even up to 80% easier than before! Plus, the brake levers are made of carbon, which not only gives the shifters a sleek look but also saves weight.

Hammerhead Karoo bike computer
With this upgrade kit, you also get a Hammerhead Karoo. This powerful bike computer will complete your electronic setup and allows you to easily follow routes and gain insight into your training data using various sensors. It is also compatible with your groupset if it is a SRAM AXS group. By pairing the group with the Hammerhead Karoo, you can fully customise the group settings and even monitor the battery status of the derailleurs! The Karoo bike computer has a 15 hour battery life, so it will easily last several rides.

Ergonomic brake levers
The SRAM Force AXS E1 shifter has had a complete makeover. The brake lever now has a raised pivot and is slightly curved, which makes it more powerful as well as easier to operate. Furthermore, the hoods have been given an ergonomic shape that is suitable for most hands. Texture has been applied to the rubber of the hoods for optimal grip at all times. As the brake levers are made of carbon, the handles are lighter than the previous model.

Hydraulic brakes
This SRAM Force AXS E1 shift-brake system features hydraulic disc brake calipers. These not only make braking easier because you don't have to squeeze the lever as far, but the disc brake also ensures that you maintain optimal braking power in worse weather conditions. These hydraulic disc brakes work with oil pressure, which ensures that pressing the lever has an immediate effect on the caliper, which is not the case with a cable.

Wireless gear shifting
These AXS shifters are fully wireless, meaning you only have a hydraulic hose running from the shifters to the brakes. As a result, the shifters are much easier to install and communicate flawlessly with other AXS components.
