A great product!

A pricey product with great looks and utility. Since its my first cycle holder, I had bit difficulty in getting it locked to the towbar and instructions were insufficient as which way to adjust the tension adjustment knob. And got it attached after great deal of fiddling. Perhaps the instruction need bit more details. The rest of the attachments are intuitive and easy.
