The Mantel Wheel & Components Brush is made to easily clean your wheels, such as your spokes and rims. Even stubborn dirt is no problem thanks to the brush's sturdy nylon bristles. These bristles remove dirt from your wheels, components and chain. Use the black soft bristles for rims and the grey middle section for your hubs. The coarser grey middle section also works well for cleaning the chain.

Yes, but this brush is made specifically for the wheels and components. That means this brush might leave scratches on your frame if you use this brush heavy-handedly. Also note that if you clean 'dirty' parts, the brush will also get dirty. To avoid this, you can occasionally clean the brush with degreaser.
