Castelli Alpha 150 Vinterjacka

The Castelli Alpha 150 winter jacket is designed for rides in cold or wet weather. The jacket offers a combination of insulation, breathability and protection from wind and rain. Thanks to the technical layer construction of the different fabrics, your body temperature remains stable even when the pace or weather changes. Ideal for rides in low temperatures or for rides during a winter shower.

Material and fit
The jacket's outer layer consists of Castelli's proprietary Polartec AirCore membrane. This material lets air through and blocks wind and precipitation, ensuring a balanced body temperature during cold rides. The inside is lined with Polartec Alpha that offers lightweight insulation without adding volume. The fit is snug to best retain your body heat and the jacket works best between two and ten degrees.

Functional details
The jacket features three back pockets for food or accessories and an extra zipped pocket for keys or money. The waterproof zip can be opened from the top and bottom and is covered. Reflective details at the back increase visibility on dark roads. Thanks to the wind flap and elastic cuffs, the jacket fits snugly, even around the wrists. The high fleece collar prevents wind or cold from entering the jacket through the neck, also the fleece fabric minimises chafing and irritation in the neck.
