Is this set also suitable for 11 or 12sp Sram Shimano groups?
This chain whip is made for use with 7-10sp. It is possible to use the set with 11sp or 12sp, but make sure you place the chain whip on the largest sprocket. This is because the chain section is slightly too wide and this way the other cogs will not be in the way.

There are two types of lockrings, with internal and external thread. Most bikes have internal thread and you can use this cassette removal tool. If you have external threading then you will need a Hollowtech II bottom bracket tool, such as this one.
