Time Xpresso 15 Pedals

In the Time Xpresso series, the Xpresso 15 titanium carbon pedal is the top of the line pedal. The body is made using carbon composite and uses ceramic industrial bearings to spin smoothly. The titanium axle has been drilled out to further reduce weight. The spring of the pedal is a carbon plate which has been preloaded with a specific tension. The unique property of Time pedals is that you don't need to push "through" that spring tension if you want to engage the pedal. Instead, the clipless mechanism remains open when not in use. Only when you press your cleat into the pedal does it close and secure your foot. The pedal surface area of 700 mm² offers optimal stability and ensures efficient power transfer.
