Fits perfectly within the SRAM AXS system
This SRAM Red eTap AXS rear derailleur is compatible with all SRAM Red AXS parts. You can use it with SRAM Red shifters, Force shifters or SRAM Eagle MTB shifters. This gives you endless possibilities for personalisation and allows you to tailor your bike to suit your needs.

Chain does not rattle thanks to the fluid clutch
This SRAM Red eTap AXS Rear Derailleur is equipped with a fluid clutch. Thanks to this fluid clutch, chain tension is always optimised so it does not start to rattle when you are cycling on bad roads, cobbles or gravel. On the one hand, this prevents irritation and damage to your bike, but on the other hand it also ensures that your chain remains properly positioned on the front chainring.

Ceramic derailleur pulleys
This SRAM rear derailleur is equipped with ceramic derailleur wheels. This reduces resistance in your drivetrain, so that as much of your energy as possible is converted into speed. This resistance is further reduced by enlarging the size of the derailleur wheels, so the chain makes fewer sharp turns.

Compatible with 1x and 2x 12-speed
This SRAM Red eTap AXS Rear Derailleur is compatible with 1x and 2x 12-speed drivetrains. The clutch keeps the chain tensioned and prevents rattling, preventing the chain from falling off the front chainring.

A crooked derailleur hanger?
A common problem is a warped derailleur hanger. This can be caused by the derailleur coming into contact with something hard, for example during a fall. Fortunately, this can be repaired! Find out more here.

Make sure you clean your derailleur pulleys too!
Like the chain, derailleur pulleys get very dirty. This makes for a less enjoyable ride and doesn't help with the durability of your drivetrain. Therefore, when cleaning the chain and / or oiling the chain, it is advisable to also clean the derailleur pulleys.
