The Shimano SL-M780 XT Rapidfire Plus shifters look and function almost as a XTR.
They are configured to work in combination with a Dyna-Sys 10 speed rear derailleur and cassette. These shifters are lightweight and slimmer than the previous version of XT-shifters.
XT Rapidfire Plus shifters have a Shimano 2-Way Release (push/pull option) for the small trigger. You can operate this with your index finger or thumb.
The mount can be adjusted to set it up in the best ergonomic position.
