Matching the XTR M9000 and the Dura-Ace 9000 groupset Shimano has developed the new 11 speed CN-HG900-11 chain. This special unidirectional chain has inner and outer plates that are developed specially for a perfect shifting result. The chain is treated with the Sil-TEC coating which is developed by Shimano. This coating ensure less resistance when shifting. The coating also ensure the chain will last longer and repels dirt easier.
