The Rotor 2 Inpower with a crank length of 175mm weighs about 645g. The Q-Factor (distance between the left and right pedal attachment points on the crank arms parallel to the bottom bracket) is 148 mm. The system uses an AA battery that has an impressive battery life of 300 hours.
This power meter measures power, cadence, power balance between left and right, pedal efficiency of left and right, and the effective rotation moment for personal adjustment of the chainrings.
The INpower power meters use the TORQUE 360 and Optimum Chainring Angle. These allow you to make an accurate analysis of your pedals strokes. This data can be used to place the Q-rings in the ideal position, which results in the optimal use of the oval chainrings.
An important technology that is used in the Rotor cranks is the so-called “Trinity Drilled System”. The crankarms are drilled out lengthways 3 times, which saves a lot of weight. These crankarms also have better resistance to rotations and bending forces than a standard crank.
