I bought this stand to be able to clean my road bike, or tinker with it. I live in high-rise, have no backyard or shed, so therefore it had to be a stand that I can store nicely when I am not working on my bike at home. I was honestly shocked by the prices of the mounting stands I found online and ended up choosing this one: not the most expensive, but one that was said to be both stable and foldable. On those two points, I am also very satisfied, and since those were my main wishes, I ended up with 4 stars. A major downside, however, is that I am dissatisfied with how high the stand can go; at the max, for instance, I still have to bend down to clean my bike chain, which is not an ideal working position. Also, the included tray is more of a gimmick than a really useful thing. It doesn't fit particularly many tools/cleaning stuff, it doesn't fold open neatly straight, and since it hangs on the back of the stand, you actually have to walk around your bike to reach your tools. Since you can't leave the tray in place when you fold the stand either (and folding is one of the main reasons I bought it), I find that I actually just leave the tray to the side and just put my tools and cleaning stuff on the ground.

Our son has been asking for a stand to make it easier to maintain the bike. He is very happy with it. Our biggest fear was the stability (with bike attached) but that is not a problem with this stand. It is sturdy and also very easy to set up and put away again. The tray is also handy to put small tools, spray, etc. on.

Has all the advantages of a professional stand at an unbeatable price! Besides quick release and tool holder it is super easy to adjust and gives a robust impression. You can fold it up into a compact stand. What more can we hope for? Nothing but owning it :D
