Good reliable bike carrier, also for wide wheels/tyres. Is easy to mount on the tow bar. Considering the price, the lighting plug holder is really a travesty. Rating could therefore have been 5 stars.

Nice bike carrier, highly recommended. My electric bike fits on it well, but the bracket to tighten it does not close to the end, so there is still movement. Licence plate holder could also be better, as with trailers. Now with loose clips, which does feel like a 100 euro bike carrier solution.

Nice device, first time using it without a manual. Then I thought: what are those clamps doing weird (turned out to be locked, learning curve). During the second mounting, there was no way I could get the lever down so that the device clamps onto the ball properly. So what's the solution? Right, just push even harder and apply force. What finally transpired after I had the sweat on my back; the cable of the light had got into the hole which meant that the clamp did not work. I leaned on Thule's well-thought-out design a bit too much and didn't think for a moment that this could happen. Remains my fault, of course, but with fitting it remains an important point to keep an eye on. (Yes, the cable was through; I had to put in a new cable)

It costs a bit, but then you get something. I was looking for a bike carrier that was easy to store/carry because of its compactness and also one that you could put on the tow bar of the car without too many actions. Well, this bike carrier can be unfolded in 1 simple movement and is then immediately ready for use without having to twist all kinds of parts or whatever. It also attaches to the tow bar in one smooth motion, provided you have a feel for the right position. Super device, very happy with it.

This bike carrier is very easy to use. Handy, quick to store and assemble.

Sturdy carrier for oversized e-bikes; with narrower carriers, the bike hits the trunk lid with the pedal; Assembly is easy and sturdy; nice thing is that the holding bars can be detached and that you can mount the second one later or omit it; The disadvantages are still the large size (even when folded) and high weight; make sure that the total weight of the carrier (almost 18 kg) with 2 heavy bikes does not exceed the maximum nose weight (often max 75 kg!).

It is a spectacular product and with an exquisite quality, only has the failure that the clamps are a little tight for elective frames and bikes as big as mine, the wheel straps are a little tight.

The long bike arm is difficult to position with 2 e-bikes with trapezoid frame. The straps around the wheels damaged the paint on the rims during the first use. Next time anyway some protection between the rims and the straps.

This isn't my first bike carrier, my last one cost 200 €, this one costs 3 times more: it's a big investment. Much better quality and much more practical than the previous one! All that remains is to see how long it lasts...time will tell...

Very fast processing by the seller, the bike rack was even a day before the delivery promise there, was at any time buy there again. Have the cable from the plug something with black cable ties on the pipe linkage firmly made and put in a loop, so it is much better.

On the whole, a solid bike rack. The cable solution of the plug can be improved: The cable has no holding device and drags in the worst case on the ground. Thus, one makes the plug broken. Since I would have expected a more elegant solution from Thule. Also, the mounting device for the license plate Thule could have solved better. A somewhat insecure solution and a thereby wobbly license plate.

We found it to be a quality product and it arrived very quickly. After looking at many bike racks, I opted for this one, I wanted a bike rack for an electric bike. We have tested it and the bike only fits on the second rail and with the long arm. A pity that we can not place it in the first lane, near the car.

Very heavy! Especially when you are a bit older and less powerful, you have to lug around a lot. Mounting it on the tow bar is very easy, but lifting it on the tow bar is not easy.
