The chocolate flavor tatste is just right and not too strong. Easy to drink. The powder dissolve in water easily.

Pros & Cons

Nice big jar includes a convenient size scoop. Contains everything you need for fast recovery: fast carbohydrates to top up your glycogen stores, and plenty of protein for muscle recovery. As well as various vitamins and minerals for optimal recovery. That way you'll be fresh for the next workout the day after. One downside: the banana variant tastes like a banana that has first been soaked in seawater.

Pros & Cons

I ordered this rapid recovery from SIS because I am on the bike a lot during the week. I also take this recovery drink and by taking it early after your ride, you will find that you benefit a lot the next day. And it helps improve muscle building so less muscle mass is lost. I also really like it, having chosen the strawberry flavour myself. Actually the only drawbacks are that the 500g goes out pretty quickly if you use it a lot. And the price is also quite high, but I think if you want to recover well after an effort, you will definitely benefit from this rapid recovery drink.
