Nice, tight design and easy to mount with the only downside being that the hood is a bit short handlebars can be

- Eric, 18 May, 2026

The cap was easy to install and fits seamlessly to the shifter. Installation was very easy using a little soap and water. Only downside is that the cap does not go all the way over the shifter connection, so you have to run the ribbon over the clasp well tightly when mounting your handlebar tape to cover the iron rings/connection.

It is definitely worth replacing your shifter covers.

- Mark, 18 June, 2025

With good tips on YouTube (use alcohol disinfectant hand gel), you get the covers in place quite easily and without damage.

Bike feels like new again after installation

- Sander, 14 April, 2025

Getting the hoods over the shifters, in place, is hell. The feeling you get on the bike afterwards, though, is worth it! It really feels like you have new material under your hands again.

Like new again (but takes some effort)

- Evert, 27 February, 2025

Takes some strength and effort to assemble but with results. Tip: put the hairdryer on and then apply some disinfectant hand gel to the inside (the alcohol eventually evaporates by itself). Takes a little fiddling but then it should work!

Pros & Cons

Sits tight again!
