The cleats are very simple to install once you know how to adjust them. Furthermore, the click system is also solid and easy to use. Wear does go pretty hard if you have to click in and out a lot.

I use the yellow cleats and I'm now going to try the blue ones for less angle of movement on the pedals. I'm still very satisfied with Shimano equipment, so I'm sticking with their cleats and pedals!

Always rode with red, these will last almost all summer if used correctly (i.e. not running half marathon on the shoes). Assembly is easy, but with the red variety you have to be careful to be very precise with the assembly to avoid injury.

Nij the imitation plates the yellow caps come off prematurely and then you slip. The longer life makes them cheaper in the end, they are usually about 8 euros more expensive than another brand, but you have less misery for 100 euros.

These pictures are like oxygen from a rider. You need them plenty. The old ones I can miss like a kidney stone. What a great product. Since I got these plates my relationship with my girlfriend is a lot better, I got a raise and I feel like living again. Highly recommended.

Nice that you have a lot of space to position them properly, the downside is that they are worn out after 1100km. That will be 3 to 4 months after expected these days. That's pretty fast and quite an expense that way.

To double the lifespan; switch to another shoe halfway through. Because you click off with your preferred leg much more often, that plate on one side wears out faster. By switching, I do about 8000-9000 km with a set.

Fitted my first click shoes with these plates. A little play on the pedals is wonderful. Especially for beginning cyclists. Slack is also the disadvantage when climbing hard, a bit of swabbing when you put a lot of power on while standing. Lasts well, little wear, had expected more.

After the yellow version now purchased the blue one. And I must say I like them. No trouble to click in or out (obviously a bit tighter than the yellow ones, but that is the intention). Where the yellow blocks came loose rather easily, this is absolutely not the case with these blue ones. This combined with the competitive price makes me very satisfied with the purchase.
