Rapid Racer Products Bearing Press & Extraction Tool

If there are two bearings directly opposite each other, you can only remove the second one with this tool. If the parts can’t be positioned directly opposite each other, you’ll have to get a bit creative – it’s a very useful little tool, so take your time when you get started.

A nice little kit for replacing the bearings. I wanted to use it for the bearings on my wheel, but I had to go to quite a bit of trouble to get round the fact that the pin wasn’t long enough. I managed it in the end, but it would have been a bit more practical if the long pin had been just 2 or 3 centimetres longer.

easy to use with the extra kits for different types of bearings. those extra kits make it a relatively expensive tool. but yes, putting a bearing in wrong is more expensive. the paper box could have been made of plastic or metal.

Changing the bearings with this tool together with the respective adapter was super easy. No confusion possible during disassembly or assembly due to colour coding of the tools and precise but simple instructions. The bearings were pressed in 100% straight, no "fiddling around" ...
