These are very nice, the taste is good and it's easy to use. At first I thought it would also be nice to chew under riding but then I started foaming quite a bit each time, now I do 1 per bidon and it works a lot better, and that's how I would recommend it.

A pellet in each can each time it is taken out.

Electrolites that I often use after a workout as a change from just water. The flavours are fresh, not too sweet. The fact that it includes 1 flavour with caffeine means you have even more options with this pack.

Of all the tablets, I like these best the popular ones from Sis I find too sweet and taste too chemical, these taste the best, whether they really work I dare not say but it's nice to have a flavour on the go when plain water starts to turn you off, tablets dissolve well in water and don't stick at all, on the sweet side though (but they all are).

Salts that should be taken when practicing sports, especially endurance sports. The plus of caffeine is good, if you don't want to add complementary pills. However, it is not always necessary.

Nice tablets, dissolve quickly. Are not so sweet and solution drinks away easily. No sloshing in your tummy. Nice variety of flavors.

Especially with the hot summer days, these tabs are a godsend. Nice taste and convenient to keep your electrolytes up or replenish them. Easy to take with you. Would have preferred 2 tubes without caffeine and 1 with instead of the other way around.

Very happy with these electrolyte tabs as a supplement to isotonic sports drinks. The flavors are all delicious!

1 tablet per water bottle is sufficient. Taste is fine and does not stick like many powders. Also easy to take with you.
