According to the product specialist

Pros
Comfortably warm racing shoes for when it's really cold but you still want to take the bike out for a ride.
The extra thermal coating on the front of the shoes ensures your feet stay nice and warm.
Shimano's Surround Wrapping provides a comfortable and improved fit.
The BOA L6 dial allows for quick and precise adjustments of the fit.
The mesh material on the upper increases the shoe's breathability.
The nylon sole is reinforced with carbon to ensure more effective power transfer.
This shoe offers stability for enhanced comfort and power transfer.
Excellent fit due to the new X-Dial SLW3 fastening mechanism.
The NRG Air Carbon sole offers both comfort and good power transfer.
The AirFlow system provides an ideal airflow along the bottom of the shoe.
Thanks to the Unibody construction, there are no pressure points on the foot.
The ventilation holes across the shoe ensure good breathability.
High-quality, perforated PU upper for excellent ventilation.
BOA Fit closure for a precisely adjustable fit.
Lightweight design, perfect for long-term comfort and performance.
Cons
Rain can run down into the shoes from the top, so shoe covers are recommended on rainy days.
While the nylon sole is reinforced with carbon, the power transfer of a full carbon sole is even better.
With a full carbon sole, the power transfer to the pedals is even better than with this sole.
In order to use the shoe with SPD pedals, you will need a separate adapter. This does not come with the shoes as standard.
Due to the stiffness index of 6, these shoes are not suitable for professional riders who demand maximum power transfer.
