You can easily secure the saddle thanks to a 1-bolt clamping system. This also means that there are no screws sticking up, as is the case with many 2-bolt systems.

A reliable, fixed seatpost.
Purchased to replace a suspension seatpost, the effect of which was barely noticeable. The advantage of the newly purchased rigid seatpost is that it sits slightly lower in the tube. The extra space this creates, combined with a Brooks suspension saddle, makes for a much more comfortable ride.(With suspension seatposts, a saddle is usually used that has no significant suspension of its own. If you’re not particularly heavy (60–70 kg), a suspension seatpost is of little use.)

Easily adjustable seat post
Seatpost is easy to adjust and fine-tune due to the ridges in the mount. In addition, the bolts are easily accessible as they are on the side.
