1. Degrease your chain and sprockets, make sure to remove all traces of old lubricants.
2. Allow the chain to dry.
3. Apply Mantel Bio Chain Lube to the chain with one hand, while turning the pedals in the opposite direction with your other hand.
4. Allow to dry and remove any excess oil. When using it for the first time, we recommend repeating these steps after a few minutes.
