Description
In order to apply for the 2 month free Strava Premium period, you need to register your device with Garmin. Once you’ve linked the device to Garmin Connect, and the Garmin Connect account has been paired to your Strava Account, the 2-month premium period will be activated automatically. You’re not required to enter any codes during this process.

Garmin 520, great value compared to the 1000, sold my 1000 and replaced with the 520, with £120 for me to spend towards some new wheels, smaller in size and great value.

Simply fantastic
This is an upgrade from a edge 500. I loved my 500 especially the size. The data fields are crisp to read in all light levels and even with 8 field (which you don't need at once) the text is still large enough. I am also pleasantly surprised and impressed by the navigation which is easy to read. Simply fantastic.

The Garmin Edge 520 is the first bike computer that works with the Strava live segments. You can set various leaderboards with this system. This way you can compete against your own personal records, but you can also ride against your friends, or the rest of the world. You can see when your favourite segment begins, how long you still have to ride and if you're ahead or behind schedule. Afterwards you can see the results in the final standings. To be able to test everything you get a 2-month trial subscription to Strava Premium.
