Specifications
Data collection
The built-in power meter is very accurate, with a deviation of just 1.5%. This power meter uses Optical Torque Sensor (OTS) technology, which uses light beams to measure your power. This trainer also measures speed and cadence, and you can analyse this data using your favourite software to help you optimise your power transfer and pedalling technique. Pedalling analysis per pedal stroke provides you with valuable insights into your pedalling technique, which helps you optimise your performance even further.
Interactive training
Indoor training has become a lot more interesting over the past few years thanks to software like Zwift, My E-Training and Trainer Road. Easily pair your trainer with your smartphone, tablet or PC via Bluetooth or ANT+. The Direto XR-T provides up to 2300 watts of power, and can simulate inclines up to 24% for a realistic, challenging training experience. The large, 5.1 kg flywheel results in a smooth, stable ride, while the maximum accuracy deviation of 1.5% contributes to producing reliable training data.
Improved technology
The Direto XR-T has an improved design, compared to previous models, with a reinforced structure for extra stability and durability. The design ensures a realistic cycling experience with smooth, natural pedalling movements, so your training sessions will feel more and more like real bike rides. The renewed system also provides a wider range of resistance levels, and an increased speed when simulating steep inclines, which makes this trainer suitable for intensive training sessions and for simulating intense climbs.
Quiet as a mouse!
One of the main advantages of the Elite Direto XR-T is how quiet it is. This trainer is designed to minimise noise, so you'll only hear the sound of your chain, and no mechanical noise from the trainer itself. This makes it an ideal choice for indoor use, because you won't disturb anyone you live with or interrupt your focus while you're training.
• 130 / 135 x 5 mm quick release

An 11-28T and 11sp, for example. You can find this information on your cassette. You'll also need a cassette removal tool to install and uninstall cassettes: you can find these here.
What's the difference between the Elite Suito-T and the Direto XR-T?
The main difference between the Elite Suito-T and the Direto XR-T is the power and the size of the turbo trainers. The Elite Direto XR-T has a more powerful motor than the Suito-T. This means it'll simulate inclines more precisely, and will react more quickly to increased resistances. Want to climb a virtual Stelvio or Mortirolo, or want to join a Zwift race? Then choose the Direto XR-T. The Elite Suito-T on the other hand is more compact, and lighter. Plus, the Suito-T is easier to store because it can be folded up to a smaller size than the Direto XR. Want a trainer that's easier to move? Choose the Suito-T.
Can I use the Direto XR-T with Zwift or other training software?
Yes, you certainly can! The Elite Direto XR-T can be paired with a laptop, tablet or smartphone via ANT+, ANT+ FE-C or Bluetooth Smart. This makes it easy to train using Zwift, Elite My E-Training or other third party apps. The built-in speed sensor, cadence sensor and power meter measure your performance and upload this data to your software.
Do I need adapters to make my bike compatible with the Elite Suito-T?
This turbo trainer is automatically compatible with bikes with 130x5mm, 135x5 and 142x12mm axles. To make it compatible with bikes with a 148x12, 135x10 or 135x12 axle, you'll need an adapter.

Super Home Trainer
After several weeks of use, I'm really pleased with this beautiful home trainer. It has excellent pedalling fluidity and a good reproduction of the power required. I find that the sensations felt are very realistic compared to an outdoor outing. Installation is simple, the manual is clear (rings and axle for assembly are supplied), and the Direto XR is very stable. Combined with an Elite Rizer, you'd think you were there! All in all, a great product.
