Strong and light. Bought as a replacement for a similar 110mm stem. Matt decals complete the look.

High-quality and just very nice handlebar stem.
What can you tell from a stem? Deda Elementi is of course a big name when it comes to components. They were one of the first to replace inch sizes with metric sizes in their communications however in converting 1 1/8 inch you end up with 31.75mm which they rounded down to 31.7mm in their communications which is a bit confusing as most manufacturers now round up and state 31.8mm. By the way, Mantel's product description says colour grey but that's just the printing, just like the seatpost. What else stands out is how slender the stem is and looks, it is built much rounder than the originally fitted stem on my bike. The colours are chosen with care and, in detail, even applied very neatly to the product. The mounting brackets are gloss black, the pin itself matt black. This fits nicely with the matt-shiny combination of Shimano groupsets, for example, and Deda seatpost from this series has a similar colour scheme. In short; beautiful thing, very happy with my choice.
