The Castelli Estremo WS Skully is made for cold weather conditions. The Estremo WS Skully is fitted with the Windstopper X-Fast that ensures you are protected against the wind. The inside features Warmer what feels soft and warm. The beanie protects the ears so these stay warm during your bike ride.
Warmer
This fabric does exactly what it’s name suggests, it keeps you warm during exercise. The fleece lining keeps you warm, while the 100% polyester fibers drain sweat real fast. This material is ideal for the intermediate temperatures during spring and autumn, where thermal insulation and moisture transport are both important.
Windstopper X-Fast
The fabric offers full windproof protection, but remains very breathable. The inside of the fabric is brushed and provides excellent insulation. The brushed fabric also prevents moisture buildup behind the windproof layer, but transports the moisture to the outside. The outside is covered with a water-repellent finish.

Not suitable for me because I want my ears 100% protected

Put on, first excited but unfortunately the cap does not stay over the ears, it slips easily up, the wind is then very loud and the ears Nichte more 100% protected. Have given them to my husband , who does not mind.

Well windproof and warm enough to around freezing but the elastic in the brim does get irritating over time, a pity
