Description
The SRAM Force 1 crankset is part of the Sram XPLR gravel groupset and comes with a single leaf. The crank is light and stiff, and gives a very good power transfer. The SRAM Force 1 crankset has a choice of a 40T or 46T chainring. In combination with an XPLR 10-44T cassette you have a range of 440%. With this you can handle most terrain easily.
The SRAM Force 1 crankset features the X-SYNC narrow-wide chainring. A technology that prevents the chain from running off the front ring by using narrow and wide teeth on the chainring. Combined with a higher tension rear derailleur, the chain can handle any vibration without running off.
A technology used for narrow-wide chainrings that are cut in such a way that the chain remains perfectly centered. Thanks to the narrow/wide teeth on the chainring, in combination with the cage tension of the rear derailleur, the chain can no longer run off the chainring.
Other technical info
· Single ring drive simplifies functionality and reduces weight.
· Direct-mount chainrings are lighter compared to traditional chainrings with a spider crankset.
· Wide-tooth, narrow-tooth SRAM X-SYNC technology provides maximum chain control.
· Laser etched chainring finish.
· DUB bottom bracket adds durability, simplicity and wide compatibility.
· Can be upgraded with a power meter.
