Price/quality top tyre for winter
Easy to fit but tread is in colour of the sidewall on one of the sidewalls and is easy to miss before the tyre is fitted (you only come across it once at most). Further pleasantly surprised that the tyres still give reliable traction in mud and smooth rolling on asphalt.

Corresponds to need
Used tubeless on DT-Swiss G1800 rims, easy to fit and break in, loss of pressure through the sidewalls (very porous) but clogged by the preventive fluid. Good on fast tracks and grippy on more technical roads, exactly what I was looking for. A little fragile as there are often small holes that are quickly filled with the preventive fluid.

Top tyre if you ride with inner tube
Are very fine tyres with good grip Not perfect for running tubeless, due to lower pressure (

faster than expected, good in the drab
On wet asphalt, it is really more watchful in corners than my previous tyre, Schwalbe G-one all-round 38mm. Notice from 30-35 km/h that I really have a wider tyre on the road, otherwise a fast tyre. With the schwalbe this was around 35/40. So at continuous pace, you hardly notice any difference. However, the rougher the terrain, the better this tyre comes out. Been great this autumn and winter, lots of grip in mud and wet sand! Practically does not fill up.

Fine on the road but comes into its own on loose terrain.
Swapped a pair of Vee Speedsters for these as was struggling for grip on the looser stuff. Surprisingly they were better on the road and performed even better on the gravel and local muddy trails than I'd hoped. Would definitely recommend as an all rounder if you're not a racing snake on the roads and never know what terrain you'll hit next!
