What you buy here you won't find anywhere for that price!!!
My purchase is completely to my expectations. A top product at a top price! Buy your bike part at Mantel, and you will definitely pay the lowest and best price on the market!

Cost, quality and top-of-the-range performance
Switching from my semi-rigid speedbike to a full-suspension was one of my only motivations for changing models. The 'tap-knock' effect was becoming rather painful, despite a €50 spring-loaded seatpost. When I realised that the price of these models was skyrocketing (a difference of several thousand euros), I fell back on this seatpost that I'd already spotted. The price made me grit my teeth a little (a lot), but if, as promised on paper, it provides a level of comfort close to that of a rear suspension, I might as well say that it was cheap. At first, I had my doubts. Once the springs had been chosen and installed, I sat down in my apartment and, by doing a few short runs without riding to test the damping, I soon hit my stride. That put me off a bit. The next day, I set off on the road... and... my god, what a pleasure! It really works well! It's really only on the big speed bumps, the kerbs... these kinds of big obstacles that I (barely) lift my buttocks. The rest of the time, I'm glued to the saddle and the ground, and everything is cushioned with formidable efficiency. A real cushion, with no 'yo-yo' effect. My experience of full suspension was on a top-of-the-range (non-electric) mountain bike. OK, it doesn't quite reach that level, but frankly, at this price and for mixed use (high-speed city / gravel / leisure mountain biking), it's not far off, and it's amazing. I bought it from Mantel, because they offer the upper + the little protective sock for less than €300. That's perhaps my only downside. Elsewhere, this little sock, which in my case seems essential (protection against the elements and above all greater discretion against theft), is sold as an option for between €14 and over €20. Considering the price of this little bug, I find it a bit petty. In any case, I'm delighted with my purchase. It's literally transformed my bike and I've rediscovered the pleasure of riding it.

Excellent buy
After years of riding with 'normal' saddle pins, now bought these. Not cheap but well worth the money. Finally good suspension on my bike. Easy to customise for weight. Only the weight table is not quite right: with the correct setting of the springs according to the table, I was constantly sitting on the bottom. One step higher in the table solved the problem.
