PowerBar 5Electrolytes is a refreshing thirst quencher with the five most important electrolytes (sodium, chloride, potassium, calcium, and magnesium). These five electrolytes support important bodily functions during exercise, such as fluid absorption (sodium), a regular energy-providing metabolism (calcium, magnesium), and normal muscle function (potassium, calcium, and magnesium). These are also the five electrolytes you lose most with perspiration. The 5Electrolytes tabs replenish the most important electrolytes before, during, and after exercise.

The PowerBar 5Electrolytes tabs do not contain sugars or calories. As such, they are an ideal solution for those looking for a low-calorie thirst quencher to take, for example, during exercise that does not absolutely require the replenishing of carbohydrates (such as workouts that last less than 90 minutes) or that boosts fat burning. The 5Electrolytes tabs can also be useful before and during training in high temperatures.

5Electrolytes tabs are easily dissolved in a water bottle, and you need one for 0.5 to 0.75 litres of sports drink.
Please note: Two of the flavours, Pink Grapefruit and Lemon Tonic, contain 75 mg of caffeine per tablet.

Recommended use: Preferably take 5Electrolytes for workouts up to 90 minutes that do not require the replenishment of carbohydrates, or that boost fat burning. Dissolve 1 tablet in a 500 ml sports bottle and consume 3 to 4 hours before exercise. During the remaining hours prior to performance, take 250 to 500 ml per hour. During the exercise itself, drink 500 ml of water with one 5Electrolytes tablet per hour.

Recommended dosage: Dissolve 1 tablet in a 500 ml sports bottle. It is recommended to take no more than 2 tablets per day. Once mixed with water, consume the product within 24 hours.

Warning: The PowerBar 5Electrolytes tablets in the flavours Pink Grapefruit and Lemon Tonic contain caffeine (75 mg per tablet) and are not recommended for children and pregnant women. This dietary supplement is not suitable for persons under 18 years of age. A dietary supplement is not a substitute for a varied diet.
