The Giro Artex MIPS cycling helmet offers a sporty look with a design that is excellent for both paved roads and unpaved surfaces. With a compact shape, a removable visor and a slightly deeper fit, the Artex is suitable for rides with varying conditions and longer distances.
Comfort and protection
The Artex MIPS helmet consists of a strong polycarbonate outer shell that is permanently fused with an EPS foam layer using In-Mold technology. This construction makes for a durable helmet with a lightweight structure and effective ventilation. With a slightly deeper fit and the Roc Loc 5 Air MIPS system, the helmet fits comfortably on your head and provides extra protection in any angled impacts.
Finishes and details
The design of the Giro Artex MIPS includes CoolFit padding that wicks away moisture and regulates temperature well during high-intensity cycling. The 25 Wind Tunnel ventilation openings with internal air channels ensure constant airflow. Furthermore, the helmet has a Quick-Link visor that is easy to remove, lightweight straps with a Slimline buckle, and four hard polycarbonate parts that reinforce the structure and prevent wear.
