Steco Pannier rack adapter Bobike/GMG/Yepp

I spent a long time looking for a way to mount a child seat on my pannier rack. There was no suitable child seat and I was not recommended to replace the carrier, instead I was advised to buy a new ebike, haha. This adapter is simply perfect and the best alternative.

My husband had to take out the wire on the luggage carrier that clamps it in place. Only then could the extension be attached. This was then easy to fit and sits bombproof.

We were with two bikes, always transferring the attachment was annoying. Now we don't have to.

I ordered this adaptor so that I could fit my Bobike seat on my Dual Sport 2, which only has a 9.5cm wide luggage rack and is therefore incompatible. This part saved my 2-up touring project!

Easy installation and large adjustment range

I had the attachment fitted in a bike workshop, which took 10 minutes and was free of charge. The attachment helped my pannier to a higher position so that the rear wheel bolt on my bike didn't continue to demolish the pannier. Very good. The instructions are not very clear and I had the impression that some parts were missing at the beginning. Otherwise very good, good quality and fast delivery. I'm very happy and I can finally go for walks with baby, who is delighted!

The adapter was offered for a child seat, but it is universal. I needed it to be able to fit a pannier. The pannier rack on my eBike goes up at the back, so there wasn't enough room for the pannier. I was able to bridge this with the adapter and the case now fits perfectly.

The attachment was delivered quickly and is a great alternative to a new bike seat. It is easy to fit. We are very satisfied.

We first bought (elsewhere) this auxiliary carrier for a luggage rack with battery, but it did not fit (luggage rack was just too narrow). the auxiliary carrier for regular luggage rack did fit and now we can attach our bike seat perfectly to the electric bike.

Have ordered this adapter for my e-bije to be able to mount the thule bike better. Unfortunately, I can't remove the battery despite this adapter. But at least I was able to attach the seat better.

I have been looking for an adapter for a long time so that I can mount a case on my bike and also hang 2 bags on it. The adapter is easy to fit and looks very robust.

As my pannier rack is too narrow for a child seat, we had no way of fitting one. Even in three specialist shops we were turned away. With this carrier extension, the child seat now fits perfectly and I don't have to buy another bike.

We needed the adapter to mount a Hamax Caress child seat on a Tenways Ago T with a very narrow luggage carrier (approx. 9cm). The adapter was easy to fit. Protective adhesive tape for the bike's carrier was included. After several rides, even over cobblestones, the adapter is still bombproof.

I recently purchased this adapter for my battery-equipped electric bike, as I was having problems attaching my panniers. Installing the adapter was extremely easy, and it fits perfectly on my battery carrier. The panniers also fit very well on the adapter, providing remarkable stability.
