I recently bought a new road bike. This had a Garmin mount hanging from it and otherwise it was not easy to hang lights anywhere else. With this light, that was no problem as I could just place it on the garmin mount and just attach my Garmin on top of the light.

The battery seems to be dead as it discharges very quickly. The light was bought 1 year and 1 month ago (end of February 2024). Its use has been very limited. Few outings and no intensive use. We're going to try the after-sales service. Wait and see

A great light if you need a daytime running light or a night light to be seen. In detail: The light fits perfectly in the speedometer holder and the speedometer in the sandwich on top. No rattling or vibrating, everything fits perfectly and is well made. There are 19 LEDs arranged next to each other in the device, which not only cast the light forwards, but also around the front corners to the side. However, road cyclists should bear in mind that visibility at the speedometer position is restricted by the handlebar horns. The device has six light modes: continuous light bright, medium or weak; fast flashes with continuous light, fast and slow flashing without continuous light. Contrary to what other reviewers have said, the beam is diffuse in all modes, so there is no headlight cone and you don't have to point it downwards to avoid dazzling oncoming traffic. The luminosity is sufficient to be seen well on the road during the day and at night. The light is unsuitable as a classic front headlight because the light is emitted diffusely. It only dimly illuminates the ground in front of the bike up to approx. 5 metres in front of the bike. I use the light together with a Lupine helmet lamp for road cycling. On dark roads, I switch on the Lupine. Under street lighting, I switch off the Lupine to avoid dazzling oncoming traffic and getting into trouble with the police ;-) The product actually deserves five stars, but one point is deducted for the outrageously high price. I only bought it because I can't fit a conventional light to the aero handlebars of my road bike.

Practical light to be seen, less so to see for yourself in the dark. Further, you have to adjust the support arm downwards reasonably to not blind anyone, but then the display becomes less readable. Battery lasts nice and long; ridden for several hours on flash mode. Good brightness to be seen on a sunny day. Happy with it. Quick to mount and sits securely. For dark rides, I have a heavier 1100 lumen bulb next to it for good visibility on the road. Likes it fine.

I am often travelling in the Alps on the passes. Until now I only had a rear light. In the tunnels, however, I also need a front light. In combination with my Wahoo Roam, the Ravemen FR 160 is ideal. The purchase process was also perfect. Excellent communication and fast delivery. It couldn't have been better.

A very good light to be seen

I was looking for an inconspicuous bike light to go with my road bike and found it here! One point deduction for the high price

Very bright and therefore visible daytime running light, clever design for centred Garmin holders for aerobars and cockpits. The combination with the light and the Garmin device has no lateral play and does not cause any rattling noises. A big plus for me personally. The USB-C connection ensures shorter charging times and is more stable than the outdated mini-USB. The price is not very favourable, but the quality is justified. I would recommend it at any time

My experience with the Ravemen FR 160 in conjunction with the Edge 1040 (connected under the computer) during daytime rides was extremely positive. The light was very bright and visible, giving me a sense of safety on the road. I was well perceived by other road users and was able to participate in traffic without any issues. The different light modes were also very convenient for adjusting to varying light conditions. Overall, I highly recommend using the Ravemen FR 160 for daytime rides as it ensures great visibility. It is also highly recommended for nighttime use.

After 5 months of use, it's already broken... turns on by itself turns off by itself... frankly, it's a shame to sell such fragile products... it's a shame because it looks great with my bike, but I'm disappointed with the reliability.

A great light that makes you even more visible on the road, a real lifesaver. The only downside is that there is a higher load on the bracket for the bike computer. My mount broke, so I had to replace it.

A Must-have. It makes you extremely visible as a road cyclist. I use it in flash mode. Certainly doesn't look out of place on your cockpit. Your Garmin on top sits securely. I will no longer set off without it. Combined with Garmin RTL 515, it's nice and safe on the road.

Great lamp! I've used it a few times already and still haven't had to recharge it. The battery lasts well and the flashes are very visible. It's very easy to use and to put on the Garmin mount, above or below the mount.

First of all, the design of the lamp immediately catches everyone's eye. The speed camera function means that you will no longer experience any unpleasant moments in traffic because you are overlooked. The fact that you can simply turn the Garmin Edge into the other holder is the highlight of this lamp. In the continuous light function, the lamp could be a little brighter.

Very easy to install, the garmin on top of the lamp is fantastic. The lamp gives very bright white light via the LEDs. Many different modes to choose from. Just a tip for persons cycling at night without street lights, this lamp is not suitable for this. This is a lamp to be seen!

The Raveman 160 fits perfectly into the Garmin or Wahoo mount. This relieves the handlebar from an additional mount. The different flashing modes ensure sufficient attention even during the day. Very clear recommendation for someone who is looking for a kind of daytime running light. However, it is not sufficient as the sole light on the bike. Fas you should know.

Super front light that can be mounted directly on the Garmin mount. I gave the light as a gift and the recipient is thrilled.

The product exceeds my expectations! It fulfils everything you could wish for from a lamp to "be seen". I have received one or two compliments from my cycling group... :)

I have the "daytime running light" on my bike of necessity, as some drivers in my city are probably day-blind. It serves its purpose. I really like the idea of being able to attach it flexibly between the holder and the bike computer. I think it is currently one of the best products in this category! So much for the positive. Negatives: I have to use the Wahoo adapter. This makes the quality of the attachment modest and too poor for the price. The existing weak battery charge and warning indicator is not visible while riding (hidden and weak). If you don't use economy mode, the runtime is very low. For comparison: I have a Garmin RTL tail light, this has radar, flashes and sends info about the traffic in the rear to the computer. This rear light performs better and runs longer than the front light....

Fits very nicely into the clean look of the new bike generation with integrated cable routing. No additional mount is needed on the handlebars. The operation is also possible with attached bike computer without any problems. The light can be dummen in several stages or has several flashing modes.

Great day- driving light, which can be easily installed under the Garmin navigation device. Looks thus very tidy and great. Light has different modes, which can be adjusted. Device itself looks simple but not cheap. Charging via enclosed cable easily possible. I would buy again. Price I find reasonable. Delivery was fast and super packed.

Excellent product for being seen and therefore riding safely. And the ease with which it can be mounted on a GPS bracket makes it easy to take with you (or not) depending on the conditions of the day... Simply place the gps on the light. It's compact, light and discreet. However, it's not designed for lighting (it's not a headlamp). It's best used as a daytime running light.
