very good cycling sat-nav

I have used this in Devon in the uk. Creating routes on the mapping website is easy (I use ordnance survey maps as well as the computerised maps), transfer to the unit is automatic. You need to do the software and map updates first, leave a few hours for this, be patient. Use the default settings, especially the one which allows you to join the route anywhere, then it will guide you to the nearest point on the route. You can leave the route and the unit will guide you back on. Great.

Terrible customer support from Mio

I have the 505 and never had any issues. Purchased the 200 for the European maps and larger screen. As soon as the unit arrive I downloaded the updates. What a disaster. Terrible tech support. The unit is very good but beware if you have issues dont rely on the rather uninterested technical support.
