I won’t be buying this again

It seemed like an interesting source of carbohydrates for longer rides, and it’s neutral-tasting too. In terms of carbohydrates, this is brilliant; it worked well for me. The flavour isn’t really neutral. I find it too sweet and actually a bit unpleasant. I’ll use up what I’ve ordered, but I won’t be ordering it again. It’s also quite pricey. There are cheaper, tastier options to dissolve in water.

Fine sports drink for long rides

I use the drink mix 320 on long rides (over 4 hours). Taste is neutral and of course very personal. Maurten spares my stomach/intestinal system better than some other options and gives a lot of energy. Do shake well before use and rinse the water bottle well afterwards otherwise a kind of gunk forms that is still difficult to remove.
