Giro Feature MIPS

Brilliant design. Excellent fit, except for some: there is a central stud anchoring the internal MIPS membrane, which might chafe one's crown. I added a corn-plaster with a hole in the middle to accomodate the stud, and cushion the top of the head rather than chafe against the stud - no problemos. Visor movement needs careful 4-point tightness adjustment with an allen key (not supplied) for consistent one-handed ease-of-use whilst in the saddle. Excellent airflow unobstructed by MIPS System. Mantel: very competitive pricing, good product range in stock, excellent service and, so far, rapid & well-packed delivery. Thanks.

Pros & Cons

Good helmet for anything that doesn't require a full face, will be using for racing a few Enduro races etc. Sizing is a bit off. Bought a large with a 59cm head and it didn't have any adjustment left on the tightest setting so sent it back and got a medium, which could be slightly bigger, and the band could come slightly lower, but feels comfortable
