Excellent seating comfort at a competitive price
Switched to a Fizik saddle because of a broken Selle Italia. Always rode well on it but soon had defects. Made 5 trips on the Fizik saddle with the longest 135Km. Size good, seat comfort excellent, price good.

I've had the same model since 2021 and I find this one more comfortable.

excellent saddle
a really well-made saddle, as fizik products generally are. i switched from a fabric saddle with gel more oriented to long distances and comfort but for now i find myself better with this fizik saddle, especially doing a lot of climbing. it feels much better. beautiful aesthetically. excellent shipping from this site

Exactly right.
Fine saddle. Recess not mega large like certain other saddles. Firmness is just right. Very good quality.

After much trying, the Fizik is again the nicest.
After trying many different saddles, I ended up with the Fizik Vento Antares When I cycle with this saddle, I notice that it is a really hard saddle, but do not notice huge pressure on the sit bones. Most of my rides last 2-3 hours without stopping or dismounting and I can keep that up perfectly with this saddle. Don't expect longer to be a problem either. The recess is a lot smaller compared to the Selle italia model x / pro stealth. You will notice this when sitting deeper, but I never experience any problems myself. (I've never had any problems with saddles without a recess). The weight of this saddle (140mm) would be 210gr. Pretty decent, at least not very heavy. The saddle surface is not too slippery that your trousers wear out quickly or that it is difficult to sit up. Not too slippery either, just good. The edges of the saddle can move along slightly (wingflex) so you don't experience sharp edges. Furthermore, it is a nicely finished saddle with a nice black rail. There is no bracket/screw or anything like that on the underside of the saddle. Some saddles have this for attaching accessories, but this saddle does not. In the end, it's just trying many different saddles until you find the right one. I think €100 is on the high side, but once you're comfortable and realise that the saddle might last 10 years it makes little difference. Another tip from me: if you have never sat comfortably on a road bike before, it might also be useful to adjust your bike properly first if you are still unsure about this. Furthermore, a good pair of cycling shorts works wonders. I have been cycling in Castelli Competizione trousers for years and that, in combination with my new saddle, is absolutely perfect.
